We believe that a fist full of action is better than heaps of theory. This has led us to structure and organize learning activities in which experiences themselves facilitate learning. What goes in is much less than what comes out.
ELSA’s programs bring about alignment of the physical, mental, intellectual, emotional and super conscious aspects of the human personality in order to achieve excellence.
This is done through participatory learning practices that include adventure, theater and role-plays, arts and craft, discussion labs, sports and games and neuro linguistic programming.
