Some of his notable past associations have been as Head of Operations in the resurrection of Chandamama India Limited, a 50 year old publishing house that publishes monthlies in over 12 languages, and as Chief Operating Officer in Toonskool Advanced Animation Academy.
He is at the core of the strategy group that is working to make ELSA as well other group companies under Happy People Holdings,house-hold names in India over the next 5 years.

Murali is the happyness coach ,is a qualified NLP Trainer/therapist .NFNLP USA, Neuro feedback , Biofeedback Trainer and Psychological Counsellor who is dedicated in transforming attitudes and behavior through fun, active and participative sessions.

Jayaram, a gold medalist MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management, has been instrumental in repositioning the 4-decade-old BRIL brand to a ‘brand that facilitates education through fun for school children
As the founder, Jayaram conceptualized ELSA and has been instrumental in forming key partnerships, structuring and in bringing ELSA to its current avatar. Jayaram strategically and operationally guides all projects of ELSA and other group companies under Happy People Holdings, with a focus on marketing.
Meeta, Head of Content Development
Meeta’s professional experience ranges from working at renowned companies like Caterpillar Inc. and CW Solutions, to being self-employed, and to teaching at University of Louisville, Kentucky.
Meeta’s core strengths are cross-cultural and global communications, business etiquette, and presentation skills. She also has an extensive teaching background and experience in business and technical writing.
Meeta holds a Masters and Bachelors degree in Business Management from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, U.S.A. Meeta has a unique understanding of the Western world and Eastern ways, and enthusiastically strives to help both sides work better together.

Trupti is a highly experienced educator with over 20 years of experience in the field of education. Her forte lies in instructional design and training and has worked in some of the most renowned learning environments in Mumbai and Bangalore.
Trupti brings a highly organized and creative approach to all areas within her responsibilities.

Tara Kini, Consultant Master Trainer
Tara is a Leading Education consultant and Master Teacher Trainer with over 25 years experience in teaching, pedagogy and curriculum development.
Tara has a master’s degree in education from Oxford Brookes University, a master’s in Agricultural Physics, and a Visharad in Hindustani classical vocal music.
She has taught physics in high school and music from K to 12 in Mallya Aditi International School for twenty years. Tara set up the Centre for Educational Research, Training and Development (CERTAD) in Srishti, a leading Indian Design school.
Currently she is an independent consultant in Education and Music and works with several reputed institutions in Bangalore, Andhra Pradesh and Ahmedabad. Her work involves development of curriculum, training of teachers and trainers and teaching in classrooms as well.
She has presented research papers on music and education at international conferences in Sheffield (2006) and Helsinki (2008).

Mrs. Anne Warrior was born and educated in England, (University of London) where she began her teaching career.
In 1982, she set up Mallya Aditi School a pioneering initiative that has revolutionized the international school space in Bangalore and India.
In 1996, she established Srishti, a school of Art, Design and Technology.
She is on the board of several leading institutions in the country and has been instrumental in setting up schools.
Mrs. Warrior served as a member of the Standing Committee on Examinations of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. She is the Area Residential Consultant for the Foundation for International Education, Wisconsin, USA. From 2000 to 20006 she was the Bangalore and Karnataka Agent for the Gap programme in South India,an international project for youth exchange registered in the U.K.
Mrs. Warrior helps the SuperSkills team by sharing her in-depth knowledge on age-appropriate teaching methodologies and innovative ways in which life skills facilitation could be addressed by leveraging her many years of teaching experience.
Kent Davis, Advisor
Kent is a Senior Life Skills Specialist and founder of highly validated, presidential award winning Million Dollar Machine life skills programme in the US.
He is a publisher, educator and author who has worked in the field of elementary life skills and character education since 1987.
His background is in elementary curriculum design, development and implementation.
In 1997, Davis founded the LifeSkills4Kids.com website based on the award-winning Million Dollar Machine (MDM), Life Skills Enrichment Program for Grade K12 students. MDM gives teachers and parents systematic techniques to inspire children to stay healthy, set goals and achieve their full potential. MDM is an evidence and research based program that's effectiveness is validated by researchers at Columbia University and the University of Medicine and Dentistry NJ.
Kent Davis has lent his complete support to introduce the Million Dollar Machine Programme to relevant age-groups in India, as part of the broader SuperSkills program.
Geetha S. Nithyananda - Advisor
She was the driving force behind Head Start, a highly progressive pre-school in Bangalore. She has grown from an Educator to Academic Coordinator (at Head Start) to a consultant Montessori expert who assists administrators of several pre schools and organizations on effective teaching methodologies, classroom strategy and helps them design age-appropriate curriculums. She has also been a Pioneer of the Inclusive Education program at Head Start for children with special needs and learning disabilities.
Geetha has delivered several lectures on topics such as transition from theory to teaching and has addressed diverse gatherings at seminars and workshops organized by the Indian Montessori Training Centre, the Karnataka Parents Association for Mentally Retarded Children, the Spastics Society, the CBR Network, and numerous independent Montessori Houses of Children.

Developed into the leading UK company in children's summer day camps and educational residential centres with a successful family business generating uk£3 million annual profit. The business was sold in 2005. has co-founded SuperCamps – a day and residential multi-activity and skills-enhancement camps company in association with Happy People Holdings.
Ralph Elman
Ralph has worked with Stewart and Catherine Wiley since 1990. He is in charge of strategy, management structure, negotiations, decision taking and financial controls. Ralph has provided high level assistance to many companies including Experian, RR Donnelly and other publicly listed and private companies in the UK and USA. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and in 1985 founded an accountancy practice in Central London, England which was successfully sold in 2004. Ralph has co-founded SuperCamps – a day and residential multi-activity and skills-enhancement camps company in association with Happy People Holdings.
