Program Overview
This is a highly experiential programme that enables participants to develop an in depth understanding of essential life skills and to deliver life skills programmes to a variety of target audiences.

Participatory
The focus is to encourage self-directed learning by creating an environment that is highly interactive, engaging and experiential- a departure from the conventional classroom lecture approach.
Learning takes place through activities, exercises, games, stories, raps, dance, songs, and anecdotes, audio and video presentations.

Program Design:
•Content designed around 10 essential life skills
•50 hours- 100 hours of instruction and experiential learning
•The programme is organized around the following modules/methods
  1. Attack and shed
  2. Reflection
  3. Skill acquisition
  4. Lesson planning
